Ray not only helped us sell a home but also assisted us in purchasing a home. The home he sold for us was for more than going rate in our neighborhood. Ray asked us to do improvements which assisted in increased value. House sold fast at full listed price. With Ray’s expertise in purchasing a home, we could not have been more happy that we had Ray. I recently used Ray to both find me a new home as well as listing my old one. Ray went above and beyond to help me find just the right house. My search started out very broad covering almost all of MoCo and downtown Frederick. He helped me zero in on areas that fit my criteria. When it came time to list my old place he had suggestions for a contractor to help re-paint and spruce up the place. He suggested a stager and a photographer that made my old place look and feel great. Ray was always very professional and took his time helping me understand the mountains of paperwork that came my way. I could tell he cared about me and my search process, I wasn’t ‘just another sale’. I would definitely recommend Ray to friends if I know they were looking to buy or sell.

I’ve known Ray for longer than I care to admit, and for that reason my wife and I trusted him to help us find our first home together. From the first call to the closing signatures he streamlined the process, managed our expectations, and excellently negotiated a fair deal for all involved. Ray did not push his lenders or other affiliates on us, instead asking if we had a preference and encouraged us to do our own research, keeping his people as a backup. With the exception of insurance, we ended up using all of his recommended folks and they did an excellent job as well. The bottom line is: buying a house is stressful, don’t have your realtor add to it. If you value someone with integrity and great communication, Ray is your fella.
